Foundations will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates – including the movement and language. It will challenge your mind and body, and prepare you to move onto more challenging classes. If you have never taken pilates before, we require that you take this class and ask for instructor advice for when to move on to the next level.
Prerequisite Notes: None.
Mixed level mat class is designed to challenge all levels – modifications and advancements will be included. Concentration will be placed on precision and flow of exercises. Props may be added.

Founded in Japan, Tabata is a high intensity interval training—research proves that it improves aerobic systems as well as anaerobic systems. The class will begin with a pilates warm up, then onto 20 second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8 = 4 minute intervals alternating between cardio and pilates exercises. This will be followed by a cool down and stretch. Promises to be exhilarating!
Prerequisite Notes: Two or more Foundations classes and/or instructor approval. Tabata does include some jumping, cardio & light impact moves, while they can be modified it is a fast-paced class!
Pilates Sculpt includes your classic core workout but kicks it up a notch! This total body workout will maximize your results by focusing on muscle-building moves using hand weights, sliding discs and other props to target your abs, arms, upper back, inner thighs and glutes!

Xtend™ is the most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age. Using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, the system focuses on sculpting the body proportionally so that it is equally challenged. The end result? A long and lean physique…without added bulk. Developed from a dance-background, you’ll enjoy the workout of a dancer and begin to feel and look like a dancer.

55 minutes to gorgeous, Xtend™ gives you:

Group reformer is ideal for those with a strong mat practice. You’ll learn how to use the pilates reformer safely while performing a sequence of resistance based exercises. Focus will be placed on key Pilates principles such as core control, stabilization, fluidity of movement and will provide an entire body workout. Prerequisite: Prior experience and/or 2-3 private sessions with a Fuel instructor.
